Structural information on protein protein complexes is important for understanding life processes at the molecular level. GWIDD is an integrated resource for structural studies of protein protein interactions on genome wide scale. It combines available experimental data with models built by docking techniques. GWIDD contains known protein protein interactions and allows input of other sequences and structures to find interacting proteins and obtain the structure of their complexes.
