Transcriptomics is the study of global change of gene expression at mRNA level(Bhadauria, Zhao et al. 2007), which regulates the major process to control location, timing, and quantity of gene expression(Wu, Hsieh et al. 2016). To save these all data several transcriptomic databases has been built and giving such huge information on friendly finding ways, such as FTFD (Park, Park et al. 2008),YeTFaSCo (De Boer and Hughes 2012), AGD 3 (Gattiker, Rischatsch et al. 2007) etc
