The main challenge in fungal biology is to understand the expression, function, and regulation of the whole set of proteins encoded by fungal genomes(Bhadauria, Zhao et al. 2007). Which is a wide-ranging numerical description of protein expression and its variation under the inspiration of biological concerns such as drug treatment, or diseases, etc. (Anderson and Anderson 1998). To overcome these challenge there are several fungal proteomics databases have been published, such as Fungal Secretome Database (FSD) (Choi, Park et al. 2010), e-Fungi (Hedeler, Wong et al. 2007), FGMP (Cisse and Stajich 2019), which describe the study of fungal proteome.
