Mutation databases play an important role for science, diagnostics, and genetic health care and can play a role in life and death decision. Which are heavily used, but only gene or locus specific databases have been previously reviewed for the utility, accuracy, completeness and currency(George, Smith et al. 2008). Mutations in the tumor suppressor gene TP53 are associated with a variety of cancers(Li, Li et al. 2019), More than 50% of the human tumors had TP53 gene mutations, resulting in a collection of over 45,000 somatic and germline mutations at the UMDTP53 database. Analyses of these mutations have been helpful for improving our knowledge on the structure-function relations within the TP53 protein(Leroy, Anderson et al. 2014). A number of databases have been published in this research area which are mostly usable in scientific community.
