The RNA Mapping Database is an archive that contains results of diverse structural mapping experiments performed on ribonucleic acids. With a total of 17,525,118 datapoints , RMDB currently houses 732 entries, describing more than 1,190 experiments of 145,447 RNA constructs in several solution conditions.
