The server provides access to the comprehensive Multi-Datatype Database, HyperCAT, containing all strain information and phylogenetic typing data for the Bacillus cereus group, integrating MLST, MLEE, and AFLP data. The database provides multi-datatype strain comparisons including combined phylogenetic analyses based on supertree techniques, superclusters of strains sharing related genotypes, and more.
