AmyPro contains validated amyloid precursor proteins (both pathological and functional) and prions together with information on their amyloidogenic regions/domains and a broad functional classification of their amyloid states. It provides diverse information on these proteins, including the corresponding species, a short description of the particular role of the amyloid state, cross-links to other databases and literature references. It enables the instant visualization of the amyloidogenic sequence fragments within the corresponding protein structures. Furthermore, AmyPro also allows you to screen your sequences of interest for the validated amyloidogenic sequence fragments. If you are interested in antibody light chain amyloidosis, we do not have the relevant sequences, but you can find them in ALBase.
