SyntDB (http://syntdb.amu.edu.pl/) is a collection of data on long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and their evolutionary relationships in twelve primate species, including humans. This is the first database dedicated to primate lncRNAs, thousands of which are uniquely stored in SyntDB.
