I am happy to announce the release of CellKb. CellKb is a database of cell type specific marker gene sets collected from single cell and bulk RNA seq experiments. It can be used to identify matching cell types from literature given a list of input genes. I have developed CellKb using the same design principles as HitPredict i.e. manual collection, extensive curation and harmonized annotations with reliability scoring of marker gene sets.
