Bacterial databases play an important role in microbiology. They archive, store, maintain, and share information on genes, genomes, expression data, protein sequences and structures, metabolites and reactions, interactions, and pathway(Zhulin 2015).Such as (MVP(Gao, Zhang et al. 2018),PULDB(Terrapon, Lombard et al. 2018),MACADAM(Le Boulch, Dehais et al. 2019),MEGARe(Lakin, Dean et al. 2017)etc).BacDiveis the Bacterial Diversity database thatmerges detailed strain linked information on the different aspects of bacterial biodiversity. BacDive contains entries for 23 458 strains and provides information on their taxonomy, morphology, physiology, sampling and concomitant environmental conditions(Sohngen, Bunk et al. 2014)
