A protein database is a collection of data that has been constructed from physical, chemical and biological information on sequence, domain structure, function, three dimensional structure and protein-protein interactions(Cho, Park et al. 2002). The purpose of the protein database is to arrange and annotate protein structures, providing the biological community with valuable access to experimental evidence.(Berman 2008). According to published scientific databases such as ABCD db (Lima, Gasteiger et al. 2020),P3DB(Yao and Xu 2017) and SCOP db (Lo Conte, Ailey et al. 2000) is well known databases in protein research area. due to the rapid growth in Protein Databases, we have provided 313 modified databases that can be quickly indexed by clicking on the name of the database.
