Data portal is the type of database which provide comprehensive data on genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic. a large number of data are publicly available for anyone in the research community and used to diagnose, treat, and prevent cancer(Weinstein, Collisson et al. 2013). There are different data bases are published such as The European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA) is a data center for all types of sequencing and genotyping experiments. Almost 58% of all studies in EGA are related to cancer(Lappalainen, Almeida-King et al. 2015)."CanEvolve" database fulfills the need for data integration and interpretation. It contains data from 90 studies involving more than 10,000 patients. Data analysis can be performed at different levels: Primary analysis like mRNA, microRNA (miRNA) and protein expression, genome variations and protein-protein interactions; Integrative analysis of gene and miRNA expression, gene expression and CNVs, and gene set enrichment analysis; Network analysis; and Survival analysis(Samur, Yan et al. 2013).
