Protein-protein interaction is one of the key goals of system biology, and a wide variety of biological functions are handled by it, including cell-to-cell interactions and metabolic and developmental regulation. Lage number of PPI tools have been published, which elucidating molecular pathways and discovering novel modulators of disease processes(Chaurasia et al., 2009), among them, human protein interaction maps (Chaurasia et al., 2009), MetaNetX (Ganter et al., 2013), NetNES and EU Blast, are well usable tools that offer a robust forum for researchers to search and access protein-protein interaction (PPI) data.
