Sequence tools are essential in bioinformatics for comparison and alignment programs (Teufel et al., 2006), in general, such tools take a query such as a DNA, RNA, Protein, or "keyword" sequence and search one or more databases for specific information to that sequence, the most commonly used sequence tool is BLAST(Johnson et al., 2008) which identifies regions of similarity between biological sequences, and ClustalW (Li, 2003), previously numerous tools have been notified, such is Clustal Omega (Sievers and Higgins, 2014) ,etc. which are commonly used for sequence-related research.
