Protein sequence databases is developed for a large collection of Mass spectrometry based proteomic data(Chen, Hou et al. 2020),such as, protein sequences(Dayhoff 1969), post translation modification(Bond, Row et al. 2011) and sequence alignment(Rost 1999)etc, which ranging from the simple sequence databases and provide a rich source of information which is the core of the revolutionary movement toward "large-scale biology. Such databases contained sequences of proteins with distinct levels(Xu 2012). Therefore, we provide access to recent 151 Protein sequence database in a simple and fast way to search.
