Protein-protein interactions (PPIs) are the high-specific physical contacts composed of two or more protein molecules as a result of biochemical events mediated by interactions involving electrostatic forces, hydrogen bonding, and hydrophobic influence, which occur in a cell or in a living organism(De Las Rivas and Fontanillo 2010). Due to large scale of PPI,s there are a huge number of specialized biological databases that are continuously updating in order to provide complete interactomes(Zahiri, Hannon Bozorgmehr et al. 2013), for such field of research, We have collected 179 updated databases that can be easily searched by clicking on the name of the database.
